Browne & Co. Leadership Empowerment Solutions, LLC is a specialized executive coaching, consulting, and leadership training company. Our mission is to empower black and brown women in leadership positions within Title I schools. Our founder, Dr. Chavon Browne, a seasoned educator and principal with over 20 years of leadership experience, leverages her expertise to foster leadership development and create supportive networks.
